Snippet content is restricted and intentionally not surfaced in the UI. Archive is reversible and hides a reference from the default listing and new-proposal selectors. Tombstone is a one-way soft delete — the DB row and underlying Spaces object are preserved so historical reports and existing template proposals keep resolving the id, but the reference can never be used for new proposals.
