Cleanup workflow

Soft-hide stale generated candidates from the active workbench. The allowlist is ciena_saos10_config + ciena_saos10_candidate_yaml. SAOS 6 source uploads, known-good baselines, and Ciena support docs are server-side denylisted and cannot be touched here — they flow through the vendor-reference lifecycle instead. Storage objects are NEVER physically deleted.

Run a generation flow on the Ciena Migration Workbench to produce candidates, or relax the filters. Archived / tombstoned rows are hidden by default — use the Lifecycle scope above to surface them.

Listing is metadata-only and bounded to 500 rows server-side. Use the filters to narrow the set when the listing grows large. Every artifact here is candidate-only. Open the body only to inspect, never to apply directly to a device. The cleanup workflow above does not physically delete anything — see docs/storage_namespace_policy.md §7.
