Status
The Observability surface is not wired up yet. ChangeGuard already produces structured review reports, candidate-only export packages, and pack-status snapshots — once we agree on a stable aggregate schema and a public-observatory data contract, the views below will land here.

Review activity stream
Aggregated counts of Ciena migration reviews and Cisco path verifies over time. No customer device identifiers; tenant-scoped buckets only.
Template-pack readiness over time
Time-series of automation_percent / readiness_percent per (target_model, target_saos_version). Useful for 'are we still at 100% readiness after a 10.x bump?' questions.
Generator output churn
Rate of candidate generation per project, with retention guardrails so the artifact table doesn't bloat the way it did before the cleanup work earlier in the project.
Public PAP observatory aggregates
Hooks into the public PAP observatory: anonymized rule coverage, common manual-review categories, and category churn — never customer-identifiable data.
